Hello Petram.

Since I have nothing better to do, I will write a detailed description of my nation (The Incan Republic) right here.

By the way, sorry if I'm in the wrong place, this is sort of roleplay and sort of new player.

First let's have the description by the game explain. 

About Incan Republic

Incan Republic is a coastal industrious and sprawling capitalist republican nation ruled by President QIMING. Its capital Grdaimimgvom is situated on the temperate continent of Westberg.

Incan Republic is a member of the alliance Sanctuary of Petram.

The gigantic borders of Incan Republic surround innumerable forests, many jungles, numerous mountains, a few deserts, numerous cleared land, many lakes, many rivers, numerous grasslands, some tundra and plenty of urban areas.

The known flora is very diverse and includes a few unicorn grass, a few herbs, some apple trees, some oak trees, a few hops and many cotton.

The known fauna is very diverse and includes numerous deer, many cows, some sheep, many beehives, some yaks and many foxes. Some cods, some whales, plenty of sharks, many salmon and many shrimps are found outside the coast of Incan Republic.

Under the surface the geologists have found tiny amounts of iron, some coal, tiny amounts of saltpeter, tiny amounts of marble, tiny amounts of gold, tiny amounts of silver, little bauxite and little lead.

Like few other nations tiny amounts of crude deep sea oil is found within the Incan borders.

The technological advancements of Incan Republic is adequate, and their military power is adequate.

 

Geography

The Incan Republic has vast borders. The Incan Republic has most of its territory around the city of Grdaimimgvom, its capital and largest city. However, it does have territory surrounded by the Ryatzka Empire (Acquired in the Ryatzkan aggression against Incan Republic (Which I will call IR for short) and Xuandaldion (Acquired in the First Incan Invasion of Tind-Xuandaldion). It also has jungle on Amarino (This was acquired using the card: Coast of a New Continent). Incorporation of the territories annexed in the Incan-Iceland War is occurring in Graidmimgvom, and a census has found that the Incan gained territories on Amarino will be classified as a territory, with it's capital in Kemipää.  Graidmimgvom has also decided that the Zaherian territory will be the Incan Zaherian Desert Economic Zone.  The map of IR is (excluding the territory acquired in the Incan-Iceland War):

For Political Geography

Some notes on the map:

. *A is for Amarino Not everything is to scale. There are more rivers and lakes. The Lakeside Cities are on the banks of 6 lakes, North Lake, South Lake, Ekaf Lake, Modo Lake, Specor Lake, and Lake of Timov. The size of the cities are in proportion with their population (Except Graidmimgvom, Graidmimgvom is big). Ecitsuj is in Rebel's Island, but it's a relatively small city.

Now. There is a difference between settlements, colonies, territories, and states. Settlements are small and have less than 5000 people. Colonies are larger and have less than 20,000 people. Territories have less than 50,000 people. States range from 50,000 people to 500,000. Anything more than 500,000 will have to be divided.

Settlements: Cannot vote for President, have very little autonomy, Incan Law does apply. Citizens cannot vote for own laws, Graidmimgvom reserves the right to override everything. Cannot have capital city. Settlements must follow Incan policy in foreign affairs. Do not have say in declaring war, amendments to constitution. Leadership is appointed by the Incan Government and approved by the people. Congress can override all decisions made by those appointed. IR has one settlement (ISRE (Incan Settlement in Ryatzka Empire). Basically an experiment in the region.

Colonies: Can vote for President, have some autonomy, Incan Law applies and overrides local law. Citizens can vote for own laws, Graidmimgvom can override everything. Can have capital. Have some degree of foreign affairs. Have say in amendments, not war. Leadership is appointed by the people but Graidmimgvom can override everything. 

Territories: Can vote for Pres. have quite some economy, Graidmimgvom can sometimes override. Can have capital. Have foreign affairs. Have say in ammendments. war. There's Sesnark Territory, Breiðdalsreykir Territory (gained in Incan Iceland war, capital Kemipää), and a few others.

States: Honorary, basically Territory, Graidmimgvom can only override in desperate situations

Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ): Companies rule. Graidmimgvom can override everything. ( IEEZA, Incan Zaherian Desert Exclusive Economic Zone (IZDEEZ))

So far the IR has quite a few overseas territories, including the Incan Settlement in Ryatzka Empire and the Incan Colony in Xuandaldion, along with the Incan Exclusive Economic Zone (An economic zone, nobody lives there except workers) and Breiðdalsreykir Territory. The IR supports colonialism, as long as the native people govern themselves, and the IR is fine with different cultures.

Borders: The IR tries to maintain good relations with the countries it borders. The IR borders Xuandaldion (ICX), Ryatzka Empire (ISRE) and a lot of undiscovered land. However, the IR is still sore about the Ryatzkan World War and the ISRE border with Ryatzka Empire is strongly fortified. Xuandaldion and IR are friendly (BRICKS and Empire of the Dragons have a PIAT pact). 

For Physical Geography

The IR is in north-west Westberg (mostly) The IR is separated from the State of Benthic (Former Ichith, not that stable) by a huge range of mountains known as the Woshad Mountains. However, quite a few railroads span these mountains, through 2 chokepoints. North and South IR are separated by the Lecantrl Mountains. West IR is separated from the rest by the Emerald Mountains. The Woshad and Emerald Mountains create the Plain Desert, in the State of Plain. Most of the IR is deciduous forests, except the Great Plain Desert. The IR borders the East Westberg Sea, giving it plenty of cod. For ICX, it is mostly tundra and taiga. For ISRE, mostly DF. For IEEZA, it is mostly tropical rainforest. The IR also completely controls the Sea of Sesnark, in the newly formed Sesnark Territory created after the Great Incan Oil Export and the expansion of Incan Borders.

Industry

The Incan Industries are extremely diverse and range from fishing to making automobiles. The Incan Republic is dependent on cod, deer, salmon, shrimp, farms, and cows (when they are available) to feed its growing pop. For consumer goods, the IR is dependent on deer, apple trees, sharks and imports. For metal, the Incans rely on iron and Bauxite. For power, we have over 5 hydroelectric dams and plants. For fuel, we have crude deep sea oil. Building Materials come from oak mills, sawmills, and quarries. Ammunation is from saltpepper.

The Incan economy is currently experiencing a revolution. Scientists are finding more flora and fauna within the Incan borders. We found herbs for our pharmacy, saltpeter, and uraninite. The Incan government is gathering metal to build more and more factories that take advantage of Incan natural resources.

The Incan government in Graidmimgvom is highly supportive of private industry. It helps companies like AG Bourbon expand in the IR, and supports corporations with resources. However, Graidmimgvom puts the people first, and this sometimes hurts Incan Industry. However, overall, the Incans support corporations. Graidmimgvom also has very strict laws about the environment and the treatment of workers.

Companies: There is a wide Spectrum of companies in the IR. Cybersecurity has AG Bourbon and Eborne Industries take over. Food services has Dimphathe Dish, Lief's Lettuce, Incan Food, and local food take over, although this sector is extremely competitive. Technology has one of the fiercest competition ever. The technology sector accounts for 30% of the IR's GDP and receives the most government attention. There are too many companies to name here. The financial industry is being automated. Home appliances has the Incan Home, Fresh Home, Eborne Industries, and a few other companies. The IR welcomes multinational companies.

Impact on Environment

The Incans are extremely protective of their beautiful environment. Incans do not have coal power, nuclear power, or other potentially harmful to environment factories. Incan power is always made through clean ways using hydroelectric power, wind power. The IMftPotE (Incan Ministry for the Protection of the Environment) has extremely high standards for corporations and uses the powerful Incan military to enforce its standards. The IMftPotE designates much of the Incan land a national park and protects these fiercely. The Protection of the Environment gets 10% of the Incan tax money.

Foreign Affairs

The IR is a relatively peaceful nation. However, when provoked, it can be extremely dangerous. With a powerful alliance at its side (SoP/New BRICKS) and a massive military numbering over 100, the Incans are able to hold off most invasions. In fact, it has never been annexed. It has participated in quite a few wars and directly engaged in quite a lot. Its units are experienced and have excellent equipment domestically made in the Incan Tind Army Knives. The IR's foreign policy is quite simple: Peace at any cost! Of course, the Incan Diplomats also account for several other factors, such as who attacked first, what the nation is like, etc. The IR itself is a democracy (see government) and is determined to spread this around the world. The IR is also a big fighter against terrorism, and has fought the Bihadji Insurgents and the Khev Minosk with great ferocity since the beginning of the IR itself (see history).

Military

The IR tries hard not to use its military. However, when Graidmimgvom authorizes it, the military is extremely powerful. It usually fights terrorists. It has plenty of experienced units. The Incan military also is powerful at defending. 

The IR has engaged in quite a few wars, and has only had a big loss in the war against Francia (TACOS).

As I do not want any nations attacking me because they know all about my military, I will try not to say to much.

BRICKS+allies, tanks and all sorts of infantry sums up what the IR uses to defend itself. The IR, however, tries to negotiate peacefully.

Culture

The Incan Republic welcomes all cultures and has an extremely diverse "melting pot" of them all. From the primitive and often religious Incan Indigenous Peoples to the atheist colonists which came from the Empire of the Dimphathe some time ago (Roleplay- Civil War). Most of the Incan population is one of these 2 or an immigrant from other nations. However, these 2 are split up into so many different branches that this detailed description cannot include. The main branches of the Incan Indigenous People's include the Kakuganga, Gogerteste, Blivagonging, Daio, Rescive, Zahkinats, Ulb, Erutan (the following 2 both have special cities named after them), Viscximirxami, Dagongogongolestexoonewvenyan, Yastevx, Kiyiyeye, Tu'stepansezil, Swasvinil, Lunisiivil, Wispicivici, A'kazbakakord, Llulipuv, Yevispicivibacigong, and Arav. These are just some examples of the many Incan Indigenous peoples, and each one of these are split up into more branches. The colonists and immigrants come from a diverse range of nations, from fellow nations in Westberg to the Bihadji and Khev Minosk controlled places in the Great Desert of Zaheria (those were refugees). These contribute to the culture of the Incan Republic greatly. The IR government in Graidmimgvom does not have any laws on culture, neither restricting practices or forcing people to perform certain practices unless the practice involves human sacrifice or anything of the sort. The IR has no official state religion, and Graidmimgvom has made it clear that freedom of worship will always be protected by the Incan Republic. Graidmimgvom is fine with anyone worshipping any religion.

Some customs: The customs vary throughout the IR. In the Incan Indigenous Peoples Reservations SAR (and a lot of native Incans), people follow the traditions of their ancestors. Some customs include being self sufficient and somewhat primitive, worshiping the gods that the tribe believes in. Some, like Swasvinil and Yevispicivibacigong, are nomadic. Some, like the Kakuganga, A'kazbakakord, adapted to modern Incan life. The people with colonial descent are atheist and live around big cities like Graidmimgvom.

Holidays: The IR designates quite a few days as intl. holidays. Not everyone is required to follow them. People with colonial descent don't have to follow Yevispicivibacigong holidays. It varies on which region people are in.

Religion: The IR is officially atheist, although many religions are practiced in the IR.

Government (All of this is not actually in Nationsgame)

The Incan government is extremely complex. The Incan Republic is a direct democracy, not a representative democracy. Therefore, citizens can vote on legislation. There are quite a few branches in the IR government. Graidmimgvom is the seat of most of them, and considered the capital. However, several parts of the government is not based in the City. For example, the judicial branch is based in Ecitsuj, a city famed for its swift justice. The Ministries are also headquartered everywhere (examples: The Ministry Indigenous Peoples (Ulb City), The Ministry of Nature (Erutan),  etc.) Just like the US government in the real world, there are 3 main branches, the legislative, the executive, and the judicial. However, there are many, many, ministries and legislation affecting them has to be approved by the Ministry Council. However, since the IR is a direct democracy, citizens participate in all 3 branches. The legislative branch proposes the laws. Any citizen can propose a law, and any citizen can vote a law down. The voting is done on the legislative branch website: congressofIR.gov (not real website). It tends to be full of spam, and citizens there look through the laws, and decide if it needs to be passed. Then, depending on how many votes each proposal gets, it will go through the eyes of many Incans. A law needs to have 0.009 % of the entire population to support the law before it goes through the other branches. Remember, not everyone has to be on congressofIR.gov. In fact, very few are. Laws that gain more support are pushed to the top of the priority list of the EBCS (Executive Branch Checking Sector). The EBCS checks each proposal, and  deems it as unconstitutional (if it is. If not, it goes to Ecitsuj for another check. see "Once it gets past the EB, it goes to the JB (Judicial Branch). Judges are elected, and check again if it is unconstitutional. "). Very few get past the EB. Its website is executivebranchofIR.gov (not real website). The EBCS is elected by the public (making it sort of like a rep. democracy), but the citizens can accuse a bill of being unconstitutional. But any citizen can check what the EB calls the trash of laws. Then, they can restart the law (if it has 10% of support in the trash of laws on executivebranchofIR.gov) and go through the EB again. This time the EB will have to let it pass. (It's a strange system, but every citizen will go check the trash of laws every month. It is not required, but people do it. It is just in order to have more people see the law, since few people are on congressofIR.gov). Once it gets past the EB, it goes to the JB (Judicial Branch). Judges are elected, and check again if it is unconstitutional. (If it is, goes back to the trash of laws. After 5 years of being in the trash of laws, the law will be what Graidmimgvom calls burned. I hope you can tell what that means.). If it is not, it goes to the EB (again). But it is not the first EB. It is the distribution part. The EB is responsible for distribution. The law is distributed through lawsofIR.gov so all citizens can see. The website is separated into sections. Every citizen can take a look at the laws. Every citizen has a profile on the website, however unactive. (When I refer to citizen, I mean citizens of age). Then, once the law has gained the support of more than 50% of the pop., it goes to the president of IR. The president is elected and each term is one year. The Pres. either vetoes or passes it. However, the veto/pass is not really that important. If it is a veto, the representatives of each state, territory, economic zone and colony will stage a formal debate. After the debate, the rep.'s will vote. If over 51% passes the law, it is put into effect, whether the Pres. likes it or not. If it is less, then the law goes back through Congress, but it is now prioritized to the top of the list. If less than 51% passes the law, but the Pres. likes it, the law goes to the Mediation Body of the EB. The Mediation Body is made up of 50 representatives (or more, depending on population) from each State, Territory, Economic Zone, or colony. After recounting the debate, the MB will debate. If more than half pass it, it goes into effect. If less than half passes it, it goes to Congress. If the Pres. decides on a pass, it is passed. Then, it is the job of the corresponding Ministry and the Executive Branch's Execution of New Laws Branch (EoNLB) to execute the law. There are rep.'s for each state, territory, economic zone, colony. There are ministries, there are Non-Government Associations (which run rampart), there are lots of other things. The list goes on and on and doesn't end, but this section must. 

Elections: The Incan Republic does not use a horrible First Past the Post system. We use Single Transferable Vote Droop (watch more CGP Grey). There are many, many, many political parties, some that are quite ridiculous (The Death of the Incan Republic and Give our Land to the Ryatzkan Empire Party (With one member)) and some that are quite large (such as the former Daiplavain Reformation Party, which has evolved into the Incan Democratic Party (with 15 % of the Incan Population as a member)). There is a shifting web of alliances throughout the IR.

Terms: Citizens of IR serve in the LB for as long as they are in IR. Representatives serve 1 year. Presidents serve for 1 year. Judges serve for 1 year. Mediation Body members serve for 4 years. Ministers serve from 1-4 years depending on Ministry. 2 terms are allowed per person.

Goals: Goals are determined in the annual and monthly Vision (insert time here) summit, held in the Hall of the Incans in Graidmimgvom. Huge meeting, impressive auditorium designed like a chandelier, etc.

Ministries: There are numerous, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which is made up of the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Peace, the Ministry of War, the Ministry of Communications, etc. , the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of the Protection of the Environment, the Ministry of Nature, the Ministry of Indigenous Peoples, the Ministry of Economics made up of Ministry of The Stock Exchange, Ministry of Business Regulation, Ministry of Employment etc., the Ministry of Science, the Ministry of Governmental Stability (overseeing the government), and many, many, more. The structure of a Ministry works like this. There is a Minister, which is appointed by the people via the Ministry website and a caucus is held. The Minister is mostly honorary, but can make many suggestions. However, Ministry structure is very different throughout the IR. There is a council of the Administrative Regions, made up of representatives from each AR. They check over things and deem some stuff bad, in which case it goes the Ministry Website where citizens check to see if it is. There are several divisions corresponding to each goal the Ministry has. There is a monthly Council of the Ministry, held in the Ministry's headquarters. Any citizen can propose anything to do with the Ministry on the Ministry's website, and it will go to the Minister and Council of AR's and the Congress of IR. 

Judicial Branch: Each AR has 10 judges (more on population) and there are 100 judges that are elected by the IR, not AR. 

Current Legislation

The legislation currently in effect ranges from protecting the environment to the IIP (Incan Indigenous Peoples). This section will just talk about things not already in this extensive description or controversial issues.

History of the Incan Republic (Mostly Roleplay) (For more, see the Extended History of the Incan Republic)

As noted in Culture, the IR had a civil war, and that is how the IR began. The History of  The Grand Incan Republic of Mightiness That Shall Not Perish From The Earth, Built upon the Great Land of Petram, With the Help of the Incan People, Who Come From the Lands Across the Sea and the Great Incan Indigenous Peoples Consisting of the Incan Ryatzkan Settlement, The Incan Colony on Xuandaldion, The Incan Exclusive Economic Zone on Amarino, The Grand State of the Eldif, The State of Benthic, The K-4 State, The Indigenous People's Reservations, The State of the Spaw, The Basket State, The Gaag States, The Plain State, the State of the Lnel, The State of 5-8, The State of the Erte, and The Isles of Traitors and Rebels is too long for a single description to cover. However, the description will cover the basics.

At first, the IR was a small colony, set on the shores of Westberg. It began on the fateful day of June 12, 2017 (The IR was founded on August 17, 2017). On that day, ships bearing the flag of The Empire of Dimphathe landed in the Rock of Mount Graidmimuim. That rock is now a national park. The settlers looked left and right for signs of enemy flags, there were none. One colonist stepped out. His name was Iarl Mingstin. Mingstin climbed the Rock (which the natives called Daiplavain) and he carried the flag of the United Nation.

After quite some climbing, Mingston reached the top of the rock. He planted the flag, looked around as his boat stood docked on the Graid River, and wrote these words in his diary

"On this fateful day, I, Iarl Mingston, set foot on this strange new land. I stand here now, holding the flag of the Empire of Dimphathe. I look left, and right, and see nothing but wilderness. I know, now that no one has seen this land before. I claim it for the Empire! With this land, we can do so much... Yet there is no one to bother us. What will I say to Emperor Daemoneas Maro? Now that all this land is his?

Mingston told the Emperor of the Empire of Dimphathe that he had found this land. However, Daiplavain was inland, and several empires already claimed pieces of the land. This was Mingston's first expedition. He was able to get in through negotiations with the Sphetmahea Empire. However, right after he sailed out, Sphetmahea declared war on Dimphathe. The Empires of this time were always quarreling. However, still the land was claimed. Or was it?

Maro ordered a full scale invasion of the Sphetmahea territory in the land in which they called Ichith. (Ichith now consists of the territory of present day IR). Several battles were fought, including the extremely bloody Battle of the Cumsa, but this is not a military history. Eventually, Dimphathe lost the war. Did Emperor Daemoneas Maro care? No.

He waged a war with what became the Quadruple Alliance, consisting of Sphetmahea Empire, Phruphluti Empire, Soltaku Empire, and the Miuziol Empire. After they won, they demanded that Daemoneas Maro resign. Maro refused. Outraged, several assassinations were attempted. Some worked. Many of Maro's closest friends and advisors had died. Then, a military coup through Dimphathe into chaos. Daemoneas Maro was forced to resign. Then, the new military appointed Mingston for Emperor. The military liked him. He promised to give lots of money to the military in order to build a war machine that will force the Quadruple Alliance to surrender all of their claims in Ichith. Not surprisingly, he got to be Emperor.

He did as he promised. Worse

He spent so much money on the military that he made sure that not a single penny went to civillians, unless they were in the military. The Empire had built itself a war machine. After building this up, Mingston declared war on the entire Quadruple Alliance, and charged into the city of Vrukrough, where the main base of Sphetmahea Empire was located. The troops fought hard, but he had a siege in place. Starving, the Sphetmahea Empire resigned. Led by Mingston himself, the army charged in to Vrukrough and renamed it Luguvalium. Using Luguvalium as a base, Mingston took over all of Ichith. Not many of the Empires put up a fight. Only the Sphetmahea Empire had a large number of troops in Ichith as the other empires were fighting other wars. After capturing Ichith, Mingston sent troops to the main bases of the Quadruple Alliance and they all surrendered. Mingston demanded that they give him Ichith, and never challenge his sovereignty over it. They agreed. At last, Mingston controlled Ichith.

Proud of himself, Mingston ordered an expedition into Daiplavian  (where he landed). He couldn't do it, as it would attract publicity. Instead, he ordered a young man to take over the expedition. This is expedition 2.

The man was Lyconides Tetricus. He took over a flagship and set sail. When he returned to Daiplavian, however, the flag of Dimphathe wasn't there. He looked left and right. No enemy flag was in his eyesight. Then, member of his crew pointed out footprints. Tetricus followed them (of course, he brought his gun) to a campsite. What seemed to be soldiers spotted him and escorted him and his friends to the biggest tent. There, he met the village chief, a woman.

Her name was Tiilaqiia. She was the chief of the nation of Asmocor. Since Tiilaqiia spoke only her native language, Asmocarian, and Tetricus spoke only his native language, Latin, they couldn't communicate. Tiilaqiia, however, knew to be wary of strangers. She had seen the slaughter of fellow Native Ichithians. She decided that Lyconides Tetricus would be released. However, Tetricus would have to give them a certain compensation, 5 of their ships. Most of the natives of Asmocor wanted to kill Tetricus or have him and his companions leave Daiplavian forever. However, Tiilaqiia was willing to have Tetricus stay with them for a few days, in order to make sure that the inhabitants of wherever he came from would know that Asmocor was merciful. After a few days, Tetricus departed for Luguvalium.

In Luguvalium, which became the capital of the now Dimphatheian Ichith, Tetricus told Mingston about Asmocor. Mingston was furious. He thought no one was there before. Mingston ordered a complete destruction of all the native peoples in Daiplavian. This is expedition 3.

Lyconides Tetricus also led this expedition. When he arrived at the Rock, he ordered his troops to burn the forest! Luckily, an Asmocarian boy saw Tetricus and alerted Tiilaqiia immediately. She was furious. Soldiers streamed out of the campsite and boarded the flagship. However, Tetricus was prepared. When they were in the flagship, Tetricus put the flag on another ship, and then had the flagship explode. Most of the Asmocarians were dead. Reports of this reached Tiilaqiia's ears, and ordered that the Asmocarians put out the fire first, as the forest fire was going to become uncontrollable. When the Asmocarian fire fighters arrived, though, they saw Dimphatheian flags flying. They were taken prisoner, and Tetricus sent out his soldiers to the camp.

Tiilaqiia was ready for this. She prepared guerilla fighters and sent her supplies away to another campsite. She herself went away and left the soldiers with a commander. When Tetricus arrived, he found no supplies, and lots of fighters! Tiilaqiia had made sure that Tetricus could not live off her supplies. Tetricus had planned to capture supplies and feed his soldiers. Without food, the soldiers rebelled, and Tetricus found himself facing his entire army and Tiilaqiia's fighters. Tetricus was wounded badly, but he escaped and sailed back to Luguvalium.

Mingston was so angry that he ordered Lyconides Tetricus to be executed.

However, soon Mingston had to deal with rebellions all over the Empire of Dimphathe. Many of the Empire's colonies and even its mainland were rebelling against Mingston's rule. So Mingston imposed military dictatorship, resulting in a massacre in the capital city of Dimphathe, Drouegover. Over a hundred civillians were killed.

Mingston decided that in order to save Dimphathe, he had to expand. Into Daiplavain. He sent over a million soldiers into Daiplavain, led by Mingston himself. Tiilaqiia, however, had warned the other natives of Daiplavain. They used her scorched-earth policy and starved Mingston's soldiers. However, that meant fleeing. However, the scorched-earth policy proved effective. Mingston knew he had to do something. So he attempted to assassinate Tiilaqiia. After 5 attempts, she was dead. This made the natives even more angry at Dimphathe and Mingston. Mingston had reached about half of Daiplavain, and he knew that any further would probably mean mutiny. His supply lines from Luguvalium were so elongated that the natives seized this as an opportunity and attacked the supplies. Mingston's soldiers were starving. As he predicted, they rebelled, and he was killed.

After Mingston died, Dimphathe was again in chaos. After many strong emperor's took over Dimphathe, and other emperors overthrew that emperor, and so on and so forth, it is no surprise that many other Empire's had their eyes on the Empire of Dimphathe, including the Quadruple Alliance. The Alliance decided that they would overthrow Dimphathe directly and divide Dimphathe between the four members. They agreed. The Quadruple Alliance declared war on Dimphathe Empire. However, the Empire itself was divided between the Ichithian revolutionaries and those loyal to Drouegover. Not many supported Ichith, and not many supported the "central" government in Drouegover. Instead, most of the colonies declared war on both Drouegover and Ichith, and declared themselves independent nations. Once they did that, they would declare war on the other colonies that declared independence, hoping to get enough land to rebuild the Dimphathe Empire, molded to their needs. This period of time was known as the Dimphatheian Warring Entities Period. As most of the entities (the terminology will have to be fuzzy) were disunited, the Quadruple Alliance thought this would be an easy job. However, they were wrong. As they were engaged in combat, they had 5 times as many soldiers as the Quadruple Alliance. First the QA attempted to invade Drouegover. They succeded, as most of the troops were in Daiplavain, fighting the Ichithians. Next they attacked Dimphatheian Ichith. The Drouegover forces agreed to a temporary truce with the Ichithians and fight the QA together. The QA tried to invade Luguvalium. They failed badly. In fact, the Ichithians and Drouegover forces learned something from Tiilaqiia's scorched-earth policy. They even spread salt through Ichith's fertile lands, poisoning the ground. As we know, the Drouegover forces had another reason to poison Ichith's land. Eventually, the QA forces lost so many lives that they were forced to retreat. 300,000 of the 500,000 strong Quadruple Army had been destroyed. They began to attack the entities that were former Dimphatheian colonies. Even the entities were able to win. Almost all of the Quadruple Army had been destroyed. Then the Army began to fight amongst themselves. The QA was really just a way to contain the Empire of Dimphathe and now that Dimphathe was in such a mess, the QA began to fall apart. Humiliated, the QA surrendered to Dimphathe. Every single entity got a huge amount of the QA's land. Angry, each of the former QA's members declared war on each other, in the Quadruple War. The whole Dimphathe and QA mess... a perfect opportunity for a strong leader to take over.

The leader was a general in the Ichithian Army. His name was Khurchakhus. He was an experienced battle strategist and an extremely cunning man. He was also incredibly loyal to Ichith. He was determined to build a vast Ichithian Empire, consisting of all of Westberg, the former Dimphatheian Empire, and the QA's land, once he became Emperor. To do this, he promised vast sums of money to the current leader of Ichith. The leader promised to make him heir to the throne. However, the leader was young and healthy. Impatient, Khurchakhus poisoned the leader. He was Emperor. 

He first wanted all of Westberg. However, Daiplavain surrounded Ichith, and had quite a few powerful tribes. Khurchakhus knew they were too strong for him, at least for now. So he sailed to the far south, knowing that the tribes there were weak after a lot of colonialism. Khurchakhus also knew this area was rich with resources. So he began conquering the South. He declared war on the tribe controlling a small point in the ocean, knowing that this was essential to his victory, as he could land troops without angering the other tribes and face a weak enemy, as the point was small and undeveloped. The tribe was steamrolled. He renamed the land Ceshaybar. He was now on the footsteps of the Westberg South. Using Ceshaybar as a stepping stone, he conquered more tribes that were inland. The strongest tribes were by the water. He needed more landing points other than Ceshaybar, though, so he sieged the main city of Zaislan, which was the largest city in South Westberg. Using Zaislan as a landing, he quickly conquered the rest of the tribal area of Aplea, controlling vast amounts of sea. Khurchakhus had a significant presence in South Westberg. He had conquered most of the inland tribal areas, and had surrounded the tribes. Then, he attacked from the sea and the land, destroying the rest of the tribes still not bowing to him. He had conquered South Westberg.

He was still not strong enough to conquer Daiplavain, as they now had modern weapons, which they had gotten from South Westberg. In fact, a lot of the supplies in the region had gone to Daiplavain. Then, Daiplavain united under Tiilaqiia's son, Ammagaruknik. They were now united, and Ammagaruknik made laws making Daiplavain even more powerful. He had the new, united country be more friendly with the huge empires in Petram, had Daiplavain expand to the east, south, and north, and made bunkers throughout the region. Khurchakhus worried Ammagaruknik indeed!

However, Khurchakhus was equally worried about Daiplavain. The country may challenge him. So he sweeped into Central Westberg, sieged its cities, and skillfully avoided the stronger countries and colonies. He started more colonies for Ichith outside of Westberg as well. He conquered many of the entities and even Drouegover. Ichith was now a big empire. And Khurchakhus was the ruler of it all.

Khurchakhus continued his conquest of Westberg. He was rich from the many natural resources. He sold it on the global market and negotiated with empires for their colonies in Westberg. He had conquered about 2/3 of the continent. His military was huge, as he ruled with a militaristic agenda. However, he didn't dare attack Daiplavain, yet. The country negotiated with the countries that hadn't been conquered and integrated them into Daiplavain. The world watched Ichith and Daiplavain closely, knowing they will fight.

Khurchakhus was worried too. So he began a conquest of Zaheria. The desert continent was home to the very young group known as the Bihadji Insurgency. Young as it might be, it was still deadly, and left many countries unstable. Khuchakhus knew that he had to win their support, or else Zaheria will not be a very successful colony. So he signed a secret treaty with the Insurgency, promising not to fight and leaving a patch of land set aside for the Bihadji HQ. Meanwhile, he won the support of the Zaherian Outer Rim, the Zaheria Nations bordering the ocean. Khurchakhus bought land around the ocean, and used the new colony to land forces into Central Zaheria, the Zaherian Desert. He conquered almost all of Central Zaheria, and then bought more land from the Zaheria Outer Rim. Then, in one swift attack, he made all of Zaheria bow to him.

Khurchakhus was now wallowing in oil money, from Zaheria and Westberg. He conquered more and more land, with the support of the major Empires. He turned his eyes on the entities. He invaded them all, and met little resistance. The Ichithian Empire spanned a significant portion of the world's land. He finally rested his eyes on Daiplavain. He invaded the country with brutal force, in what was known as the Salashian Wars. In the first war, Ichith invaded and met so much resistance that they were forced to retreat. Daiplavain took some territory. In the second war, Ichith invaded the newly Daiplavainian territory and won. Ichith tried again to invade the mainland and failed again. Ichith refused to surrender. The other major Empires intervened and helped Ichith. The Empires had developed superweapons and dropped them on the Daiplavainian fortifications. Shocked, Ammagaruknik asked for the support of other non-Empire tribes around the world. They helped Daiplavain fight the Empires. They were so fierce that Ammagaruknik asked them to help him invade the Ichithian Capital itself, former Luguvalium, now Kamisunokawa. They agreed. However, in their advance, they met thousands of trenches, and the Second Salashian War ended with a draw. But the major empires were horrified that Khurchakhus had used WMDs. They withdrew their support, and in the Third Salashian War, the Great Ichithian Empire and what was left of its allies was pitted against almost all the other major Empires of the time and the indigenous tribes around the world. Ichith lost. But it put up a brilliant fight. The rest of the world was invading the Ichithian colonies around the world. But Khurchakhus had imposed military dictatorship and was ready for the attack. Initially, the rest of the world failed. Then they attempted to break the trench warfare in Daiplavain. With so many troops, they got across but many died. They were marching to Kamisunokawa, burning everything in its path that could be useful to the Ichithian Empire. Khurchakhus dropped fifty nuclear weapons on them. The army had been vaporized. The fallout poisoned the land. The borderland between Daiplavain and Ichith was now a wasteland. The Global Alliance tried to land forces on Kamisunokawa via the sea, but in a series of battles, the Ichithian Navy prevailed. Then, aircraft took off and began a bombing campaign on Kamisunokawa, using Daiplavain as an airbase. Khurchakhus demanded the destruction of Daiplavain, and his forces took it over. But Ammagaruknik escaped, and fled into the forests of Ichith, where he led guerilla fighters to take back land. GA forces were landing in Southeast Westberg. Since Ichith was separated by the nuclear wasteland from its land in Westberg, the GA forces convinced Westberg to rebel. The West Westberg sea was now the major theater in the Third Salashian War. Then, the GA ordered a trade embargo, making the excess oil worthless. Then, Ichith lost in the West Westberg Sea. Forces were landing in Ichith. Kamisunokawa was on fire. Ichith surrendered. It lost all of its colonies except in Westberg and lost half of Zaheria. Khurchakhus was so angry at this that he ordered all civillians to be recruited into the military, and they will not have anything beyond their most basic needs. Using this huge force, he invaded Zaheria. He also took back the rest of the former colonies he had, and forced the civillians there to join the military too. The GA was frightened and used the policy of appeasement. Then, Khurchakhus invaded San Sebastian. The world saw what Khurchakhus was doing, and vowed to protect San Sebastian. So they negotiated with Khurchakhus a treaty in which SS was his last territorial demand, and he would not invade anyone else. He broke that treaty. He invaded the rest of SS. The GA had to declare war. Immediately, mutinies broke out, and Khurchakhus awarded his soldiers with more necessities. But Ichithian San Sebastian rebelled and the military there mutinied. So Khurchakhus sent more soldiers to SS, and kept every San Sebastianian loyal. The Fourth Salashian War was the longest and most horrible. Trench warfare, rebellions, and nukes were all involved. This time, Ichith won. Let's just say he caused a nuclear winter. He ordered all of Petram to be under his control. The GA had to agree. No sooner were they incorporated then the Fifth Salashian War broke out. The Ichithians fought against the GA's rebellions with force. The civillians were massacred. But he was fighting on too many fronts. Daiplavain, SS, Amarino, Tind,etc. His loyal military was spread too thin. It was a mistake to recruit everyone. Now everyone had a weapon. Ichith lost the fifth Salashian War badly. Ichith had to be confined to Zaheria and Westberg. But even that was too much for the GA. The Sixth Salashian War broke out, and Ichith lost. Khurchakhus had only half of Westberg now. Seventh Salashian War. He only has mainland Ichith. Eighth Salashian War... Khurchakhus is killed, the city of Kamisunokawa is destroyed, Ichith is forced to not have any military, Ichith pays huge war reparations, Ichith is basically like post-war Germany. Then the Daiplavain Reforming Party rose in Daiplavain.

The DRF was a group of reformers. Daiplavain was still primitive, not exactly a democracy (as Ammagaruknik is chief for life, some elections) and believed that natives were superior to others. The DRF wanted to change this. The beliefs of the current IR still shows the beliefs of the DRF. At first they were a political party, but they quickly gained support from the immigrants from Ichith. Eventually, Ammagaruknik got worried and banned the party. This was the worst thing he could have done. The members of the DRF were angry and rebelled. As most of the members were from Ichith and other unstable countries, not many strong countries supported them. Still, they had one strong ally, the Ochainian Empire, as it also received plenty of immigrants. Not all nations got involved, though, and the DRF forces were marching to Ammagaruknik's HQ. As Daiplavain was primitive, they were nomads. Still, they left scorched earth everywhere they went, and the DRF forces were not able to live off the land. However, the DRF set up a HQ close to Ichith, and as Daiplavain was not very big, the supply lines were short. Supplies were sent to DRF forces everywhere in Daiplavain. Ammagaruknik attacked the DRF HQ, but failed and was killed in the attempt. The DRF forces took over Daiplavain. The leader of the DRF, QIMING proclaimed the Incan Republic at the rock of Daiplavain. It was immediately recognized by Ichith, Ochainian Empire, and its allies in what was known as the Incan Revolution. Other nations around the world did not wish to anger the Ochainian Empire, as it controlled a lot of oil reserves, and recognized the IR. On August 17, 2017, the Incan Republic was born.

Recent History of the Incan Republic

(A few notes: All of the above is basically roleplay. This will talk about actual events in the history of the IR, with some rp. )

The Incan Republic was born! The new republic controlled all of Daiplavain, but that was it. Daiplavain was landlocked. The IR began an industrious policy, and began building a new modern capital: Graidmimgvom, on the Rock of Daiplavain. The IR modernized completely, and basically adopted the policy it still has today. Its population began to rise. After a steady growth period, something went terribly wrong. It was a war.

F.U.N. was the IR's first war. It was the United Nation which had declared. The Battle for the Incan Republic was fierce and virtually destroyed the IR's Defense Division. The Nation Secret Agents destroyed the IR's First Infantry Division. The IR attempted to attack the United Nation, but failed. The IR offered White Peace to United Nation. The leader accepted. The war was over. (By the way, I checked and it looks like United nation doesn't exist anymore). This was also when BRICKS was founded, but not as BRICKS. It was the Incan Alliance, which Azadesh joined. The IA grew, and Qiming changed its name to BRICKS, @AST15's idea.

After a period of steady growth, the IR's leader was impatient. He needed metal, and he thought a colony on Tind would get him just that. Searching through nations that weren't in alliances, he found Luzon. It was perfect. He declared war on Luzon in the Incan-Luzon War, and was able to win a few battles. However, due to support from the Seaton Empire, the IR agreed to white peace.

Some time after this, the First League of Nations War occurred. Azadeshi Empire had left BRICKS. North Republic declared war on Azadeshi Empire, and forced the Empire to join the LoN. Then, Aaryan agreed to switch sides, and come back to BRICKS. The Empire told us about North Republic's plans to annex Veruvia, a fellow BRICKS nation. After a while, Malted Jotson declared war on Veruvia. BRICKS came to Veruvia's aid. However, BRICKS lost the war, and Veruvia was annexed. BRICKS was furious and declared war on LoN. BRICKS lost again, and Azadeshi Empire was annexed. BRICKS agreed to not attack the LoN again and told Lithica. Unfortunately, Altrightistan declared war on Veruvia, IR sent support, Altrightistan threatened the IR, the IR was intimidated, and Veruvia was annexed. After these wars, the LoN and BRICKS formed a PIAT. That would strengthen as BRICKS and LoN join the PFCRBA (@McDuckles if he were here), into a MDP.

Then, Ryatzka Empire declared war. The nation was crushed, giving the IR ISRE. The IR declared war on Xuandaldion, giving birth to ICX and the PIAT between BRICKS and Xuandaldion. Then Francia declared. This was the first war in which the IR actually paid a lot for in War Compensations (meaning, actually accepting to pay war compensations). Of course, there were a lot of other small wars as well.

Industry

The Incan Industries are extremely diverse and range from fishing to making automobiles. The Incan Republic is dependent on cod, deer, salmon, shrimp, farms, and cows (when they are available) to feed its growing pop. For consumer goods, the IR is dependent on deer, apple trees, and imports. For metal, the Incans rely on iron and in the ICIX (Incan Colony In Xuandaldion), Bauxite. For power, we have over 5 hydroelectric dams and plants. For fuel, we have crude deep sea oil (we are gathering metal to make a factory). Building Materials come from oak mills, sawmills, and quarries.

Let me jump back to Geography for a moment. To further explain the difference between territories, settlements, colonies, and states.

Settlements: Cannot vote for President, have very little autonomy, Incan Law does not apply. Citizens can vote for own laws, Graidmimgvom reserves the right to override. Cannot have capital city. Settlements must follow Incan policy in foreign affairs. Do not have say in declaring war, amendments to constitution.

Colonies: Can vote for President, have some autonomy, Incan Law applies. Citizens can vote for own laws, Graidmimgvom can override. Can have capital. Have some degree of foreign affairs. Have say in amendments, not war

Territories: Can vote for Pres. have quite some economy, Graidmimgvom can sometimes override. Can have capital. Have foreign affairs. Have say in ammendments.

States: Honorary, basically Territory, Graidmimgvom can only override in desperate situations.

Keep in mind, though, that A). You may want to make up your own cities, territories, states (or provinces), and basically geography. B). Insert a little bit of your own style into the description (I made my government a little to complex, at least it works). C). You make sure that for the things that aren't roleplay, you make sure it is factual (for example, if you have no uraninite, then don't put it in. D). Don't copy word for word E). Make sure that the roleplay does have a basis in fact (for example, I did fight and win a war with Xuandaldion, that's why I have ICX) F). This is a living description, so don't expect it to be complete soon.

I know you said "kinda", but still. I want to make sure :)
